A visit to Arnhem – 2019
Mid 2019 I visited the city of Arhem. I had the intention to book Nijmegen, but to our surprise I ended up in Arnhem. A nice city with in the centre the Eusebius church. In this church – that miraculously survived the WW II bombings, lies the grave of Karel van Gelre, who lived from 1467 up to 1538. Also there are a number of inner gardens that are kept by volunteers. Also with waterworks! It is worthwhile visiting this city with an ancient history.
A view of the Eusebius Church.
